Guide to Buying
If you have found the perfect piece, you can make your buying selection at any time through our e-shop, just by clicking on 'ADD TO BAG' and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can proceed to a phone order by calling us on +30 27210 94474.
On request, we can alter the length of most of our pendant chains or bracelets. Please note that any alterations may delay dispatch of the item. Our rings are available in a variety of sizes, many of which can be resized by our craftsmen to ensure the perfect fit. Please refer to our detailed sizing guide below for more information.
Payment Methods
You can pay your order in any of the following ways:
- Payment by Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card via the secure enviroment of Αlpha Bank. Our online store accepts all Visa cards, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club.
- Payment upon receipt of your order to your / Cash on Delivery. For orders up to 500 euro.
- Payment by bank transfer. You can deposit the value for your order to one of the
following bank accounts within 48 hours:

Shipping
We cooperate with Speedex Courier and for safe delivery, within 1-3 days, throughout the territory of Greece.
Return and Refund Policy
In case you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 working days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved at your request.
Please call us on +30 27210 94474 , stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in its original condition, and box. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
For security reasons, we do not store customer credit/debit card details. Therefore, on receipt of your returns form, we will contact you by phone and ask for your card details in order to arrange the refund via the original payment method. It may take 5 to 7 working days before your transaction appears on your statement – this depends on the speed at which your card issuer processes this.
Should you wish to cancel an order before despatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
